The Fairiez Code of Conduct
Our goal as The Beer Fairiez is to create a community for individuals to enjoy craft beer and spread cheer to one another. As a community, there are some guidelines we expect all to follow to make sure that this stays a fun, safe, and wonderful experience for all. Our community is 100% inclusive as we do not discriminate.
The Fairiez is committed to operating with the highest degree of integrity and in compliance with all applicable laws. We require our merchants, suppliers, distributors, agents, representatives, and other business partners, as well as their employees, agents, representatives, followers, and subcontractors (collectively, “Collaborators”), to share in this commitment.
The Fairiez requires Collaborators to agree to abide by all applicable laws, including anti-bribery and anti-harassment laws, and this Code of Conduct (the “Code”) as well as our Terms and Conditions. Failure to comply with this Code will be considered a breach of contract, if one exists with The Fairiez and may result in The Fairiez terminating the business relationship with the Collaborators immediately, if one exists, or terminating the profile of the Collaborator from the site, thus preventing them from accessing or using the Services.
